By accessing, browsing, or using the rr33 platform — including the website at rr33.bar, any associated mobile-optimised interface, or any service made available through the rr33 platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Providing false or misleading information to circumvent age or identity verification is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one rr33 account. Registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited.

rr33 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your rr33 account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings associated with it to any third party.

All financial transactions on the rr33 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rr33 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your rr33 account balance upon successful confirmation of the transfer. rr33 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which rr33 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your rr33 account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

rr33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered rr33 account holders only. rr33 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each rr33 bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining at the expiry of this period will be removed from your account balance without notice.
• rr33 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, where operational, regulatory, or technical reasons require it.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, structured betting designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or collusion with other players — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

All bets placed on the rr33 sportsbook are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the rr33 platform and are incorporated herein by reference.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by rr33. rr33 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed market liability limits or that rr33 has reason to believe are placed in bad faith.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet, provided the bet is accepted.
• Void bets: rr33 reserves the right to void bets where a palpable error in odds has occurred, where the outcome of an event has been affected by irregular activity, or where a bet has been placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your rr33 balance.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the live betting rules published on the rr33 platform. Network latency or connectivity issues experienced by the player do not constitute grounds for dispute of accepted in-play bets.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: rr33 applies minimum and maximum stake limits per bet, per market, and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant market at the time of bet placement.

rr33 maintains complete records of all bets placed on the platform. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the rr33 server records shall be the definitive reference.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rr33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to interact with the rr33 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Participating in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events on which bets are offered on rr33.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games or any other rr33 product.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing errors on the rr33 platform. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed from your account balance.
• Registering multiple accounts or using the identity of another person on rr33.
• Using the rr33 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Charging back deposits made to rr33 through your payment provider after those funds have been used for betting activity.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their rr33 account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rr33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the rr33 platform, including but not limited to:
